Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2003
 
The parking lot was dark and my car got broken into twice. Maintenance was slow to fix a few minor problems in my apartment.
The office people were not friendly, especially the manager. When I moved out it was 3 months before I was sent a copy of my move out charges. And to add to my frustration they had overcharged me. So I suggest that you are fully aware of King County Landlord Tenant Laws and get a lawyer if you move into these apartments. I learned the hard way!
