I just moved in a few months ago. i like it here. its really nice inside and cute. customer service is fine i think. the only thing i hate here is that if you live by the streets, its so loud! lots of young tenants around who drive their muffler cars thinking they're in a race.
you know, those low riding honda's' anyway, the noise is the only bad thing here. oh and the fact that the spa takes forever for them to fix! since i came here it broke and still hasn't been fixed. i hope they don't overcharge me when i move out. considering i didn't pay a deposit. just a $99 move in fee. they better take that and clean the carpets with and not charge me with a fee. otherwise, what's the point of that $99 fee' i take extra care of my place, so if they overcharge me be sure i will not give a happy rating then! they are truly cute and nice apartments though. real quiet as far as neighbor noise. i never hear any of my 3 neighbors.
