First off, the apartments are ok. The living room is small if you have a corner fireplace. The painting is done really sloppy. Paint on the windows, shadows eventually will appear since the paint job is so bad. Everything is pure white..no color at all. The windows need to be replaced. Our electicity bill was so high since the windows were extremely drafty. The door was skewed off a bit, which made the living room cold. Maintenence may take a while to fix thing but not too bad.
Secondly, the pool was always closed. It was pretty dirty. The workout room is not bad. When I was leaving, they were just getting new equipment. The tanning is fine. Never had problems. The raquetball court is ok too. Except after they repaint the wallls.
Lastly, the area is not the best. You are situated between Pacific Highway and I-5. So it is pretty busy. There are ALWAYS accidents on the 272nd - Star Lake road intersection. I have woken up many of nights with people peeling out and driving reckless in the parking lots. Two of my neighbors had their cars stolen. Another had just the stereo stolen. I have been followed home by some creep in a car when I got off the bus.
So be aware of the area. It's not the best. The flip side, there's a SafeWay, a gas station, and fast food within walking distance.
Again be aware of the area and make sure you see your apt before you move. We never got that chance. The management are ok. Some are nice others are not.

Pheasant Run Apartment managers are corrupt, and very hateful. Pheasant Run apartments should be investigated by the Washington Attorney General's office for Pheasant Run making possible "future" tenants pay their deposit ahead of time before Pheasant Run has even found a apartment for them. And, then Pheasant Run management keeps the deposit, although the future tenant never signed a lease or any other agreement. When the tenant tries to get their money back, Pheasant Run management becomes hostile, and tries to threaten their customers into submission to allow them to keep the customer's deposit-which can range from anywhere from $99 on Pheasant Runs erroneous specials, to $650 or double the rent amount. If anyone on here reads this, contact Washington states' Attorney General's office, and ask them to investigate Pheasant Run apartments for criminally theiving from people who come there looking for an apartment. Tell the Attorney General to specifically investigate Trixie the leasing consultant at Pheasant Run, because she is a thief and a liar.
