Our apartment was in the small cluster on 272nd. Parking was good except there was not much lighting. Maintence teams were friendly. Office staff was ok. Our dish washer needed to be replaced. Sliding door could barely open and they "could'n't" fix it. We had cats spraying our door, but I just felt sorry for them. We faced the parking lot which caused many sleepless nights with car alarms and crazy neighbors. Closet doors were falling off and blinds falling apart by the time we moved out it was time to go. Horrible rates if tou need to stay extra months after lease. It doesn't seem like they care if you renew your lease or not.
