The management is horrible, both of the managers dismiss your complaints about workorders that we are suppose to put in and never get done until two or three weeks later. It seems as if they aren't screening people properly because you see bad activity happening. And then they promise us all this new stuff and nothing has happened. The manager half of the time doesn't even understand what's going on she acts dumb when you ask her a question about the property and then get's mad at you. I would suggest that the owners get new professional managers and the leasing professional are always telling us that you have to talk to the manager as if they haven't been trained to do the most simple things. Another thing is the property is constantly dirty where are the maintenance. The leasing professionals are always walking around the property lost and I think that one of the leasing professionals is unprofessional with some of the tenants. The money that they demand from us doesn't comare because they do not deliver the services they are suppose too.

I am frustrated and ready to do some serious demanding from the owner if the manager does not turn this place around like it ought to be.

I OVERHEARD ONE OF THE PEOPLE IN THE OFFICE SAY THEY ARE TRYING TO GET A BETTER CLASS OF PEOPLE IN HERE SO THAT IS WHY THEY ARE DIREGARDING OUR MAINTNENCE ISSUES COMPLAINTS AND ECT...HELL MY NEIGHBOR CALLED THE FIRE MARSHALL TO GET THE LIGHT ON OUR WALK WAY FIXED. HE EVEN WROTE A 2 PAGE E-MAIL TO THE OWNERS OF THE PROPERTY. IM A CURRENT RESIDENT BUT NOT FOR VERY MUCH LONGER....

Tip from the "inside" the apartment complex is trying to "weed" out the DSHS residents, the Section 8 residents and other's who are not up to their "standards". Also, news is that once the complex is completly redone with renovations, they will be selling as condos.

I completely agree with the reviews above. In the year and a half I've lived here it has goune from okay to horrible. They don't care about the residents because they ARE converting to condo, it's no secret. Therefore, they are disregarding the residents that have been living here without any causing any issues, myself included. Recently, a family of EIGHT moved in the apartment underneath me and the kids have totally reaked havoc on the landscaping around my building, including knocking a portion of the fence and leaving trash all over the place. These apartments are a complete hellhole, I can't wait for my lease to expire in January so I can get the hell up out of there.

I am in the process of moving out, and as I went into my apartment last night I noticed that the ceiling is bubbling where the roof is still leaking. I have the contact information somewhere for the owners of the property and I will post those as soon as I can.

Is anyone having problems with cars being broken into? We have had both our cars broken into in the past 2 weeks. There are no lights up on the hill and people continue to walk around late at night. If anyone has a number to corporate please post it.
