Apartments From HELL!!!!!!

My story is long and labored. If you are thinking of moving into these apartments please read the following first. I lived at Pheasant Run (the hell hole)for almost three years. Why I lived there so long I can't honestly say. It was the worst experience I have ever had with management. My car got broken into twice. My girlfriends car had all four tires knifed. My car was towed by the complex without any warning whatsoever. When I asked why they didnt give me varification they blantantly lied and told me they did. That little incident cost me almost 300 dollars to get my car out of impound. When I transfered from my first apartment it took me almost a year to get my deposit back. Management basically gave me the run around because they were just to lazy and seriously thats what it was laziness plain and simple. When I got a notice for a credit in the mail from when I finally left they said it would arrive in 10-14 business days. I laughed knowing that there was no way these incompetent idiots could muster the brain power much less the will to send the check on time or even to the right address. I called a week after 14 days had passed to see where the check was mailed. They put the office address on the letter. They mailed the notice to the right address but I guess they couldn't figure out that they should mail the check to the same place. So they just mailed it to themselves. I am not making this up, they actually mailed the letter back to themselves thinking it was my new address. Needless to say I had to drive out to pick up the check. The noise is horrible, the security is nonexistent, maintenence is a joke and as you can tell management is laughable. Heed this warning whatever you do, do not move in here its a disaster waiting to happen.
