I have been living here for almost two years and I have had a few minor maintenance problems, however every since January this year it seems like the new office staff is really caring about the complex and made sure that my hot water heater was taken care of right away. I have been told that they were going to convert the hill side (where I live) into condo's and we were going to have to move out, but through the hole situation the manager has been working with me.... and now they I was told that the owner changed his mind and I no longer I have to move. I am so excited not to mention the stress of moving.
I have read all the other reviews about this complex and they arn't that great, but it isn't like that here, I tell anyone who is looking for a place to live to come check it out. Give the girls in the office a chance.

Some of the things that make me not want to live here anymore aren't under the control of the "girls" in the office. Maybe if they would screen people better I wouldn't get horrible neighbors. No such thing as safe and affordable.
