No need to explain my situation because the other reviews are pretty accurate.
Management, Parking, Grounds, Maintenance etc are terrible! I don't recommend this place unless you like a good challenge & jumping through hoops. I also recommend if you do find yourself here you MUST have great insurance because your car/apt will get broken in to or vandalized... Your car is almost guaranteed!!
If you have to put down a deposit don't even think of getting it back no matter how great of shape you leave your apartment. Those mindless CROOKS(staff) will find some excuse to keep it.
Damn BASTARDS!!
