Customer Service is very bad from the beginning

In the first place if the customer service of staff handling new/future tenant are bad, definitely the management are bad as well maybe worst.
With my experience i applied to get an apartment rent, everything was screened, even employment and i have to do my own follow-up to contact them to find out if we are still on for moving on the date that we discussed but instead they give me all this mambo jambo excuses about no points or not enough points, she assured to me no matter my situation i still can get approved with a $600/deposit and i expected that everything will be fine. but good thing i follow-up that is when i found out i didn't get approved, it is so unprofessional of them to wait the last minute, and no one had even got a courtesy to call me. I have to do all their job to make it easier.
How exciting, come to think of i'm glad that it happened because i could picture myself on a situation asking the management to fix something on the apartment and trust me i'm just going to be more upset.
I DON'T THINK I CAN REFER "PHEASANT RUN" TO ANY OF MY FAMILY OR FRIENDS IT'S NOT BECAUSE I GOT TURN DOWN, BUT BECAUSE THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT AND THEIR SERVICE ARE VERY BAD.
