PROS:

I do like my neighbors next to me, very nice, and they are the only reason why we stayed longer than we would have.

Decent sized apartments, lights outside, maintained outside very nicely, just painted, new and better management. Friendly staff, I like the maintenance guy Angel, he is always helpful. However it may take a while to get something done because he has a lot to do.

CONS:

Sketchy neighbors, I have called the police about twice a month for a good 5 months on various reason, one including a break-in right below me that involved two young kids. They broke all the windows in the apartment at 12:30am.

Abandoned cars, broken mail boxes, bad mold issues in the winter, super small kitchen and ant issues in my building.

I really would like to move to a place that I felt safer at. I know that the new management is trying to fix it up, but it s a slow process.
