I have lived here for almost two years and I've had a few issues, mainly with disrespectful neighbors/tenants. We are living in apartments people, you don't own your apartment and everything around it. There are a few residents with dogs who let them bark all day long, run free with no leash or supervision, and crap wherever. Walls are definitely not soundproof. I hear people blasting their stereos, yelling at their TV (seriously'), and arguing with each other. And then there's the parking, if people knew how to park in the lines it probably wouldn't be so bad. Maintenance staff are polite and quick to respond when needed. The apartments could definitely use an upgrade and i think the new owners/management are doing a great job of doing that as apartments are vacated. I am looking forward to moving into a newly renovated unit in a few months.
