I have lived here for almost a year. Everything was great when I came to take a look at the place for the first time. We signed the lease and when we did the walk through of our apartment the bedroom window had a little hole in the glass like it had been shot with a BB gun. Water had collected between the panes and was starting to fog. The River Stone/ Pheasant Run Employee who was showing us the apartment said he would have it fixed by the weekend. Ha Ha! We have told them about it at least 5 times since and everytime we get a different story why they have not fixed it yet. Now 9 months later we have mold growing arround the window and water damage from the broken window seals. We have told them many times about the mold but they told me "its not mold, its just mildew." Even if it is mildew, mildew is the start of mold. We try to clean it up but in just days its back. So all I have to say is don't move here! The employees don't care they just want your $$$$$$$$$$$$$$! The window is just one of the many problems we have had here.
