The other reviews were all correct at the time they were wrote. Since the new manager has taken over, the trash on the ground is picked up everyday and the trash that was living here has been kicked out. The cabana with the ammenities that I PAY for is now open on a regular basis late into the evening so that I CAN USE THEM!! Work orders are now done within a few days not a few weeks.
