talk about ghetto! but if you like it like that, then move on in!.
the manager was really nice when we moved in, but this place is so old and run down.. the floorplans are really bad.. right when you walk in, there is the dining room light/fan.. but who wants to walk into a dining room' 2 out of 4 burners on our stove didn't even work, which we got charged for in the end.. as well as other things that were broken from the beginning and never got fixed.. the thing that was good was the management but then that changed a few months into our lease.. and we ended up with a manager that was never available and charged all these things without discussing it with us on the move out..
unless you are desperate, this is not the place..my family wouldn't even come visit me because it was so ghetto! the apartments across the street were even worse.. drunk people fighting in the street.. crack heads running around crazy..
don't move here

ALL I GOTTA SAY IS...RATS!!! RATS!!! THEY GOT FAT AND BIG RATS RUNNING AROUND..TO ME ITS NOT SAFE FOR ANY ONE..THE OTHER THING ABOUT THIS APARTMENT THEY CHARGE FOR TRASH OF 30.00 BUT I FEEL LIKE ITS UNFAIR WHEN THEY LET OTHER PEOPLE THAT DONT LIVE THERE THROW THERE TRASH AND THERE NOT GETTING CHARGE FOR...SO DONT MOVE THERE
