Plain and simple, these apartments suck. I have a drug dealer that lives upstairs and does nothing all day while his wife works two jobs to support him and their 4 (or 5'!) kids. Someone almost was murdered a few buildings down. The management SUCKS and does nothing when you call them. My car has been vandalized. I can't think of ONE good thing about this place. The only reason we're still here is because we're saving to buy a home. Don't waste your hard earned money on this place. There are PLENTY of other apartments in Federal Way :)

Thanks for letting us know. We renters must stick together and share info about the apartments we're about to move in because it's our money they're playing with. We worked hard for our money just to live comfortably and avoid all these hassles that we dont have to deal with. Thanks a lot. You saved me headaches, time, and money.
