Worst living conditions ever.

Years at this apartment: 1998 - 1999
 
Living here was my worst apartment experience ever. I wouldn't wish this place on my enemies.

The place is noisy, dirty and run down. We found cockroaches everywhere during our first week. The neighboors, and I hesitate calling them neighboors, located beneath us had domestic quarrels nightly. The police came by several times. Then our car got broken into. We never felt safe walking around the complex after that. Plus, there's a busy highway in front of the complex. And the flight path to Sea-Tac International Airport is overhead.

Sure, the views of Puget Sound and Olympic Mountains are nice. But not when you can't enjoy them.

Stay away!
