I've read the reviews and I really think that the people writing the negative comments are looking to be "baby-sat." I challenge anyone to find an apartment with an amazing view and a decent floorplan in Federal way to find anything better for the price. Heidi, the manager does her job and returns calls and takes care of business, Tim in maintenance is always available as was Rich before him.

Yes, the grounds need some "love" especially the pool area but all-in-all, it's a livable community and I won't move until I find a condo or house to buy.

Don't listen to the people who are "bitching" as they apparently are looking for attention that they are not paying for. I personally don't like to be micro-managed in my home and they don't! If there's a problem, it's handled with a phone call so I don't understand all the bad press that I see in these reviews.

I moved from a condo in Kirkland and am very satisfied with my home here and it's no better anywhere else so if you're looking for a decent place in Federal Way, don't look at the reviews to make your decision but look at the apartment that you're moving into and accept it or not.

There's a lot of "crap" out there and this isn't one of them.
