I moved to Soundview in August of 2006. As far as apartment living goes I think Soundview is great. It is a smaller community with less than a 100 units, well maintained and the staff is extremely nice. They are flexible with you if you pay your rent late and they are on top of making sure your home is working in proper condition. The applicances are a bit older but they are maintained well so that there are no problems. The apartments are absolutely huge, lots of space in the living room and a great size kitchen. For the price these apartments are a steal. My neighbors are great and most of them have lived here for longer than 5 years. That's saying alot about this community and the managers. I have recommended this place to all my friends and when one of them moved in the management gave me a very nice reward. If your looking for a great place to live that's quiet and has an amazing view you should check out soundview.

The parking lot has garbage from over flowing bins and this has been a weekly problem for one year and more if you read other reviews,Building F is in a bad worn condition outside and the parking lot due to construction has lost 53 places for a 90 apartment unit and if you get caught in a reserved space towing and impound is 250 to 325 due to the loss of spaces towing is up 38 % some managers get a incentive check for each car towed, DO OURS
