Negatives

1. Walls chipping, paint peeling.
2. They left a notice on my door to enter my apartment for a repair, but left the notice a week after the had come in.
3. Parking in horrible. The lot is always full after 8-9pm. Four problems with the same person parking in my spot, and the managers still wouldn't talk to them.
4. Managers are horrible. They rarely answer the phone. They use caller ID to screen calls. They priced the new rent amount wrong on the lease renewal (She was fairly new).
5. Trash overflows everytime before it's emptied.
6. Hottub has been broken for over 3 months.
7. I have not used the pool before.
8. My electricity bill is over $100/mo. All the windows and doors allow air to flow freely thru.
9. Light shines through my front door at the bottom.
10. Overall this is a horrible complex with even worse management. I have lived in a variety apartments for the past 20 years, and these are the worst. I am glad I signed a short lease. I am moving out asap!


Positive

1. Repairs are done in a timely fashion.
2. Great floorplan. Uses space very well. (My one bedroom).
3. Good lighting inside with ceiling fan.
4. Large windowns in alcove, that are NOT sealed. Air blows in and out.
5. Woodburning fireplace. (I have never used it, though).
6. There are other nice interior features. Inside is pretty nice, although very cheap.
7. Neighbors are nice (In my building).

This person has made a honest and true statement to the facts, over flowing garbage weekly and lousy parking and if you dont park on the street the parking is limited.
