In reference to a few issues we as a team have chosen to respond. Many of us live on site by choice. We do not get a discount or benefit for living on site. We do so because we like it here. In reference to all the towing complaints, West Coast is not operating illegally, nor are we in any agreement with them. They have a cease and decist of patrol towing(which means towing without managements permission) We have never towed anyone over a parking sticker being in the wrong place..we would get slaughtered in court if we towed for reasons like that! We appreciate the comments about the office staff it gives us room to grow, We will sit down and address them together and see what we can change. In reference to pets we have never told anyone we have a breed restriction because we do not we require vet records from all canine owner showing the dog has never been in a physical altercation with anther animal or human. I will admit the poo factor is a constant battle we fight but Our staff diligenlty treaks the property daily in search of doo to remove. We know that all of these comments are actually coming from a few residents. and they are entitled to there opinion but I also have residents whom have lived here over 15 years and are choosing to stay! --------! We were required to provide documentation from our Vet and told there were breed restrictions when we moved in. Just another lie by the management. And Bonee doesn't need to grow anymore please.
