A friend talked us into moving here a few months back....and then she got fed up and move out! The management lie and are very unproffesional and full of false promises. Our washer has NEVER worked properly although the foreign speaking maintenence man has been here 4 times. Groups of young people meet behind the northwest dumpster about twice a week after dark and hide in the woods and share smoking materials. Management has been notified but it still goes on. Noise and dog droppings are still a problem amd so is the tow-truck proplem! This is not a family community that Bonee said it was. When my phony lease is up we will be history! And there is a gang problem here weather managment admits it or not. Big dogs allowed here' Thats only because pet owners have to pay a $500.00 deposit. It's all about money! This is not the place Bonee said it was. You managers have some real problems that you choose to ignore and that is very sad to say the least!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
