My wife and I just moved in and I have to say it could have gone better, but overall this place is nice.
The main problem isn't the management, yes they do need to work on a few things, but the main problem is the tenents.
I've already had to call the tow company out to remove a vehicle from my covered spot.
The first time he parked in it, I was nice and wrote a note. He ignored it, so I towed him. He hasn't been back since. If he parks in my spot again, I will tow him again, if someone new parks in it, I will write them a note first, then tow the second time they do it.
Management could be better, they do make promises and don't followup, unless you keep on them, but they are 1000% better then the complex we moved out of to move here.
I rode there asses each day until EVERYTHING was done.
This site is for complaint, so I say to anyone thinking of moving here to come check it out yourself. People that enjoy living here aren't likely to post here. I only know about it because I did my research before moving in. Take everything you read here, including my posting with a grain of salt, and do your own recon.
The sections near the office, North West side is pretty compact, lots of complaints. Get a unit on the left side as you enter the complex's main gate and you will be much happier.
