Tips for Unfortunate Tenants

Most negative comments posed here are true. I have seen so many decent tenants moving out and they are replaced by thugs, often with vicious pit bulls. As many people complained, the management willingly and knowingly keeps ignoring our concerns regarding vicious dogs, dog waste, thugs, and yes human waste! (used dippers left in the common area!) The management willingly houses illegal tenants who may have been in the big house. They want to protect the rights of illegal tenants over the safety of legal ones! They also violate some of the state, county, and local codes, but heck, they think they are above the law! As mentioned its own posting, the management doesn't want to know anything about dogs, including smuggled ones, living here in order to avoid any lawsuits. As a result, this complex is the home of thugs with pit bulls/rotties.
Well, here are the things the residents can do: 1) Dog complaints/Dog noise complaints (including a vicious breed dog always growls at you/your dog): contact King County Animal Control (206) 296-PETS. 2) Tenant-Landlord legal issues: contact Seattle Tenant Union (206) 723-0550 3) Thug complaints: simply call the Fed Way Police, it is a violation of the state law to house gangs 4) Unsanitary conditions in the common area: contact city code enforcer of Fed Way.
