I have been keeping records everytime the amenities don't work and when I get lied to by staff concerning maintenence times on my apartment. We also document the various dog's that are allowed by staff to poop on the grounds and are not attended to by their owners, and also everytime we are wakened by the constant noise from our always drunk and high neighbors, etc. I strongly recommend that other tenants do the same and hopefully we can get rid of Renee and her band of goof-balls and hopefully get an honest management team in here that actually listens to the problems and doesn't make false promises. This place need's to be cleaned up and us tenants need to work together to make some very serious and needed changes!
