I cannot agree more! This complex is the WORST place I have ever lived and the management is very much responsible for many problems because they let troublemakers get away with everything. I started keeping logs,and plan to file a formal complaint with BBB and other consumer protection agencies. Others should do the same if you want your voice to be heard.

The bottom line is all they do is cash my rent check, thats all. There are so many problems---Dog crap, cat crap, vicious dogs, gangs, thugs, noise, drugs, parking, you name it. I saw many people moving out, some of whom were willing to break the lease because of such unsanitary, unsafe, and unpleasant living conditions. Who wants to share the walls with a bunch of thugs bothering you 24/7' Instead of acknowledging and solving the problems, the management blames people who address the problems! They get really nasty when they hear any sort of problems on the premises. The manegement rather houses gangs who don't bother them but their neighbors than decent residents who deserve a safe apartment living! This is outrageous!

One of the tricks the management uses is keep decent tenants near the office and keep the surrounding area clean, so prospects only see the least unpleasant part of the complex. The management brought their best behavior and lied through their teeth before I sign the lease, after that, all they do is cash my check and treat me like a piece of crap! I just cannot wait to move out of here!
