I am in the process of organizing a rally to be held on the outside of the complex on the SW 320th so that present and future tenants can be aware of the places they can go to file legitimate complaints about the management problems, past and present. Just because the complex has just recently started to be cleaned up doesn't make it right for the residents that have had to endure the problems of the past, and are stuck in leases based on the lies told by management when they signed the rental agreement in the first place.
