Please don't waste your money, energy, and time for one of the worst complex in Federal Way! The management refuses to do anything for "valued residents". Once you sign a lease, you're a piece of crap to them. If any issues arises among tenants (i.e. noise, parking, dogs), the management totally backs up for the one with a LONGER LEASE. It doesn't matter who causes problems or bothers others, whoever with a longer lease (and don't complain) can get away with anything. This is why Woodtrail has become the home of trash/thugs/gangs. If you come and check out the trashed-out parking lot b/w 10am-4pm on weekdays, you'll be surprised that so many cars are still there! Once you tell the management your intent to vacate, they stop fixing and become very rude and mean w/full-force. They even tell you that they will "fix" things if you sign another 6-12 months lease. For unhappy current tenants, please file official complaints with BBB and Attorney General's Consumer Protection Division. Let them know the management is extremely unprofessional and incompetent, and often igores its own rental agreement and local laws. Otherwise, the management will keep taking advantage of the tenants.
