Last night after dark I was taking the garbage to the dumpster and I stepped in a big pile of dog feces right in the middle of the north west parking lot, undoubtedly left there by one of the many dog owners that don't follow the rules here. More than likely one of Bonnee's friends. This is a common occurence here. And then around 1130 pm a large dog barked continously for at least 15 minutes right outside of out bedroom window. Large unattended dog's are here because staff allows them to be here. The problem is serious and getting worse every day.
