Been here almost 4 years, have been treated quite decently by office staff...but I do have to agree that the dogs and the parking lot party groups are getting WAY out of hand. I get home late at night and there are ALWAYS groups of people drinking, smoking illegal substances and hanging out in the parking lot. Why should I feel intimidated by others when I pay my rent to have a home here' One that should be safe AND comfortable.
I also agree with the dog complaints...it is such a horrible inconvenience to hear dogs barking outside your window when you are trying to get to sleep so that you get to work so that you can earn a paycheck so that you can pay your rent at a complex that doesn't seem to respect individual rights!
And the dogshit is just plain abhorring!!! I would like to suggest that management fines all dog owners for noise and feces, which would probably amount to a substantial sum of money on a monthly basis.

After reading the reviews and driving through Woodtrail Village I have decided not to move my family here! Pit-bulls and children do not mix I don't care what the staff says!

pit bulls and children do mix, in is all of you people that think that they are scarry that make them seem that way. I have a pit bull and I also have two small children, and I have never had a problem. I think that you are a narrow-minded person that is in need of a serious reality check, I have known some labs to be more aggressive then pits.
