All the good reviews of this place are probably written by the management in order to keep their apartment afloat amongst all the bad reviews by actual/former tenants. Kinda of like how ---- floats in the toilet sometimes. There are a lot of references to excrement in this review-but that is all I think about when I think of Woodtrail Village Appoopments. If you have a life and want to keep your sanity-stay out of this cow patty. They will try to keep security deposits, pet deposits, charge damages (even though the apartment looks like crap when you move in) and all this in addition to this Washington state non-refundable deposit -------- (which is another way for them suck money out you too because any damages/cleaning/repairing of the apartment after you move out should be taken out of this non-refundable portion, but that doesn't appear to be the case! you may be charged in excess of $78 dollars for cleaning and greater than $137 painting which is will be taken out of your refundable portion which is documented by receipts without contact information of the businesses in question). This leads one to think-I am I getting screwed by the management, Woodtrail Village Appoopments, and maybe Tecton Corp as well. Most likely this is the case, so if you want to stay here get ready to BEND OVER and ask for vaseline at least. Chances are you won't get that either.

I have been here over 4 years and this management team we have here now is the absolute worse I have ever seen in my whole life......

I used to work in the property management field back in the day, and I would just like to say that I have seen some really nasty apartments, and I guarentee that you would get all of your deposits back if you left your unit in the same way you found it...it had new2 paint when you moved in, carpets were cleaned, there werent any holes in the walls...so I would hope that there wasnt any when you moved out. I am happy here, I have lived here 4 years, and have no complaints so far.
