I do have to agree with most of the negative reviews about this complex. When you take a tour they show you a well kept up nice apartment, then when the time comes to sign the lease they tell you that the apartment that you looked at is not available and that they have one "exactly like it". Then when you move in nothing works, getting something fixed is like pulling teeth.

When I moved out in Feb of 05 I had all of my bills up to date... then I started getting calls from a collection agency for puget sound energy. They state that the apartment manager says i didn't move out until June of 05!!! How lame is that. Im sure Bonnee just moved in and kept using the power and cable at my expense, she is a real piece of work... I now have to go to court to get woodtrail village and Tecton corp. to pay back utilites that they inturn used.
