i have been here since late 2004, and at first it was a great place to live, they allow large dogs and the staff was really nice; the manager bonee is still very nice but i dont know if she is pretending or not but this other girl l--a is a b*@#$. but in the last couple of months they have raised the rent twice. i have had problems with the staff (l--a) letting people into my apt. without my consent. there have been 4 cars and a motorcycle that have been stolen and broken into. the grounds are very, very muddy and if you are not extremely careful you will slip and fall just by walking on the grass( i have fallen 2 times). I can constantly hear my upstairs neighbors, even when they snore at night, or sometimes even if they cough! there is mold every where, on the out side of the buildings on the inside of the windows, even in the wood of the buildings causing them to rot, even if you spray it with bleach water it will come back even more! the maintanenc guys hardly speak english, you can barely understand them and they probably can barely understand you! Last april through august there were A LOT of gunshots and i told the staff about it but they said oh no its just fireworks, no no i and my husband know first hand what gunshots sound like, he has had extensive firearms training for the military! do not move into these apartments, it may seem nice and tempting because they are big for the price you pay, but there are a lot of problems, im moving out as soon as my lease is up, please, stay away! find somewhere else, and if you do move in, all i can say is "i told you so!"
