A rose by any other name is still a rose...
Beautiful outside, but still the same shoddy short-cut construction in the same old ratty apartments. I'm talking about cupboards, carpets, etc. Same OLD appliances, same rats in the dumpsters, same dog crap lying around.
But you can bet the rent will be new!!!! Why won't management admit to rent increases' Why lie and say "we don't know the market value in the future." That is a politician's tactic, say something without saying anything...certainly don't answer the question!
St Croix indeed...a rose by any other name is still a rose, with thorns!
