I am writing this because before I transferred here from Seattle for work, I read these reviews. Let me tell you, I about ran the other direction! After meeting with the management and seeing the community, I decided to move in anyway. My experience here is why I am writing this review, which is something I have never felt like doing before. These previous comments are doing a huge injustice. I feel badly for the people who don't even give it a chance based on the reviews. It is a pretty quiet place. Management is getting rid of the pitbulls and other trash. The renovations are really nice. The clubhouse is beautiful. Granted it's not done, but at least we can see that it's GETTING done. I find that I really enjoy living here and all the ammenities, when they are done are going to be awesome! I also like how honest the management is about what's going on. I recommend to the people who live here now that if you want to know something, ask them. And if you have a concern, tell them. Yes, they are doing all that and yes, it is beautiful, but if you happen to be living in one of the apartments that they haven't renovated yet, then they do not follow up on what you need done, such as a new dishwasher, carpet cleaning, and fixtures upgrade which they promise to you, in writing, when you renew another year's lease. I liked it before, but not so much now.
