Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2006
My husband and I have lived here for 2 years. It took 2 months for them to replace the deck that had literally rotted out from under our feet! Now that they have new management,they've begun renting to people who won't pick up after or leash their dogs, those of us that ARE responsible, leash and pick up after our pets, are being asked to leave if those pets are not under 30 lbs. It makes me sick to see the discrimination based on breed/size rather than responsibility of the human on the other end of the leash! The grass areas are so poorly landscaped they become a muddy mess after a day of rain. Maintenance is slow...
