Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007
It was really nice when I went and looked at them, I looked at several of them before I decided on my unit. I loved it and now I have a really bad mold problem, it smells really bad!. I have put in work orderds several times and I feel as if it is a inconvience to them... not to mention they are emotionaly detached. I wouldn't recommend this property to my worst enemy. So think twice before moving here, it floods all the time, and as we all know Washington state period is a rainy state. Oh and not to mention the property is built on hill.
And just FYI I am still currently renting here.
