I'm two months away from getting out of here, and I CAN NOT WAIT. I hate this place, which is sad, since this place has so much potential.

Good:
-My one bedroom is a good size, and decently laid out
-TONS of closets (four in a one bedroom, plus balcony storage)
-Wonderfully high ceilings in the livingroom on upstair apartments

Bad:
-For some reason the common hall thingy always smells like either dog crap, urine, or body odor
-My toilet seat (which apparently is basically made of pressboard, or something like that) got a giant crack in it after the first couple months
The itty bitty kitchen (wide enough to open the 'fridge door, and that's it) has no pantry, the fridge leaks, and the dishwasher is a baffleing pale mint green and loud as all get out
-The doors are difficult to close, if they close at all (the bedroom door latch doesn't even line up to the frame), and the front door doesn't seal at all
-Here's the kicker- The air intake grill...thing in the ceiling fell after I think two months. I told the office, they sent the repair man, he put it up and told me not to jar it (I'm 5'4", it's 6' in the air. Noooo worries there buddy) and two days later it falls again. I tell them, they put it up again, it falls.... and after that, nothing. Never mind it's OBVIOUS I need a new one... So right now it's hanging out in my closet, and I get to look at the large hole in my ceiling.
-The first office peoples were nice, and seemed interested in what you had to say, but this new management... they seem to look down their nose at you. I feel like acting a bit of trash, since that's what it seems they think I am...

In general, I really don't recommend this place. Maybe you'll have a better experience, and I hope you do, but me' I'm one straw away from breaking my lease.

Good Decision. Also be ready to expect a good amount as final settlement. The new management is horrible and will CHEAT you for sure in that. Dont overpay or assume you will get something back. Dont think you can talk and get some thing back no way they talk nonsense and only nonsense.
