Don't expect ANY courtesy from your neighbors. Consider yourself lucky if you do. There ARE great people living here, but they are few and far between. The police are here on a regular basis. Managements policy is if the neighbors are being noisy, or if criminal activity is going on, etc. do not bother them with it. Call the cops, and hope they have time to come out and solve the problem.
Parking is in assigned spaces. Expect other people to use your assigned space.
Maintenance is hit-or-miss. They do the best they can, but don't expect them to perform miracles, like getting the doors to close. Front doors are so poor you can see through them.
Common hallways are dark, damp, and hang-outs for local teens. On a positive note, they usually go to bed by 3AM.
The staff is very friendly, and are happy to tell you that they "will make a note of it." Just don't expect them to actually do anything. And don't bother to tell them about maintenance issues. Call the number, and hope.
The place was recently remodeled. The cupboard doors hang at odd angles. The bedroom doors don't close. Water is ofter brown and smelly. The new carpets have rusty pins in them, and nails sticking up. Also, the floors aren't all there underneath the carpets.
It could be a really nice place if they wanted it to be. They are on yet another "new management team." Only time will tell.

I've lived here since early in 2004. Management at that time was pretty good; you had a concern, they took you seriously and did something. New management (3rd since that time) are bright and cheerful but dismiss you the moment you walk out the door. I've had a broken dish washer since mid July; still not fixed. Was supposed to get new bathroom and kitchen fixtures with their "gold package" lease renewal and a free carpet cleaning. Still nothing, and there won't be. My lease is up next June but I will move out before then. I'm retiring anyway, and moving to another state. Oh, and if you have packages being shipped to you, Fedex now has a neighbor sign for it if you are not home. Problem is, which neighbor and who authorized that? Apparently the office has told Fedex not to bring packages to the office because they don't have any place to hold them! Didn't use to be that way.
