Almost everyone in this almost 300 apt complex has pit bulls. I was told a year ago that all of those would be out withing two months. With pit bulls, comes large feces, lots of barking,and the entire mentality of having pit bulls these days-- CRYSTAL METH!

I live in the middle of 5 of the main builings but have met only 2 neighbors in over a year.

The management has changed 3 times in that year.

The apartments are nice and spacious. So as long as you plan to stay to yourself and be ignored by neighbors, and harassed by their pitbulls when walking to your car, you can do ok.

The new management was friendly and quite accomodating, but that manager left the company, and the new manager hasn't got time to say ""HI"" to a tennant. This trickles down to the employees as they dont have time to talk or be friendly residents. The maintenance crew is lazy and scoot around in their golf carts all day, but they are very friendly.

It's over 2 miles to the closest store, however a bus stop is right in front of the complex.

This could be a nice place if the pitbulls and the drugs that go with that mentality were moved away from the premises.

Put it this way. Every complex I have ever lived at, at least one of the staff lived on site in the complex. Not one of these rental employees' or management have the guts to live in the apartments. There has not been a day go by when I have't heard the cops chasing someone down, or coming for domestic abuse.

I plan to move when my lease is up. I've had enough of this armpit of federal way.

So owning a pit bull means you are a meth head, of have a thug mentality... Really, well I am a 12 year fireman, married to a nurse, I have 3 children. And just happen to own a pitbull. Last time I checked I was not a meth head or thug... When are people going to realize it is not the dog that makes the person trash. They were trash before the dog ever got there.

Wow, you my friend are a complete idiot. I own a pit bull, I am a mother and have never done drugs. I hate people like you.
