I think it funny that renovation took place with empty units to attract Tenants. I was assured that when I signed yet another lease last year (January) that I would get a free carpet cleaning and new fixtures. As of September when I moved out..I still hadn't received them, even when I asked numerous times. Then on top of all that I received a bill for over $200.00 for what they said was new carpet. I am sorry, I loved there for over 4 years and the carpet was at least 5 years old, and they want me to pay for new carpet' On top of which they kept my $500.00 deposit' So I essentially would have given them of $700.00' Well I received a call from a collection agency about this. I told them that I would not pay and that i didn't care about it being on my credit report (even though I have great credit!), that when and if it showed up on my report I would dispute it with facts! I am not going to let some management company try and get my money, when they are not doing what they have been paid to do! I will bever recommend that place!

Thanks for letting us know. We renters must stick together and share info about the apartments we're about to move in because it's our money they're playing with. We worked hard for our money just to live comfortably and avoid all these hassles that we dont have to deal with. Thanks a lot. You saved me headaches, time, and money.
