I've been living here 14 months and management has now changed 5 times since moving in.

The office staff before were true professionals.

The apartments are large, however parking is a nightmare as there is no one to call at night when someone is in your space.

The new staff that have taken over as of Feb 1, has already shown their lack of professionalism and downright liable for some things that they said.

Lots of places on 320th and in Twin Lakes to rent that are closer to stores, and apparently are managed and not micromanaged like St. Croix./ Woodtrail Village... or whatever their name is now.

I saw these apartments on Forrent.com and thought about checking out this place I have seen more negative feedback than postive now I have changed my mind previous residents speak and are truthful about a place and they are not afraid of letting others before another person becomes another victim. And when a place has a hard time keeping management at long periods yeah there is seriouly something wrong that place and the people trying to run it not only running residents out but even management along with them. And all of you thanks the honest reviews.

Thanks for letting us know. We renters must stick together and share info about the apartments we're about to move in because it's our money they're playing with. We worked hard for our money just to live comfortably and avoid all these hassles that we dont have to deal with. Thanks a lot. You saved me headaches, time, and money.
