Our second floor landing has been busted through for over a year. The only thing keeping some one from falling through is the carpet over it. It's a very large lawsuit waiting to happen.

This new management company doesn't seem to care about anyone but themselves. They close the office for two hours so everyone of them can eat together and talk. Then if they want a cigarette, they close the office so ALL staff can go smoke together. This leaves the office unattended and no one to reach by phone.

The maintenance crew are just like I've seem someelse write, all they do is ride all over the property not doing ANYTHING.

Since the last company left a month ago, dog poop is now covering most of the grass and killing it. Residents should pick it up, but unlikely. The last company had someone doing this every morning through the entire complex....NO MORE.

I sure hope this company doesn't last long, they are the worst management team I have worked with in my entire life.

They're easy to spot. Manager is Overbleached SunBed queen, rental asst a latina with more make up than tammy faye baker, and the other a pleasant black woman with braids.

Bet yet, just find another place to look. after a month you will wish you had never moved in.....unless you're a Meth Head and have a pit bull
