Unfortunately I have to admit that I have lived here for almost 2 years and have gone through 4 management companies. Each time the management team has gotten worse and this last one is no better. An interesting thing has happened recently. There were many residents that received "late notices" for money owed because the PREVIOUS management company said that residents owed late fees, etc. I would like to know how the PREVIOUS management company cannot be held accountable for keeping such bad records first of all. Not to mention how we as the residents are going to have to pay for mistakes made by the PREVIOUS company. We were never notifed of these fees, our rents were accepted and one of the "rules" is that rent will NOT be accepted until it is paid in full. So wouldn't one assume that if the rent was accepted, there were no more fees. Now I received a "late notice" from December, so I've been charged $5 per day because MANAGEMENT now tells me that I didn't pay the correct amount for the month of December. I was NEVER notified of this problem, which I DO NOT owe, but on February 29, 2008 I receive a "late notice" for money due from December. Is something not wrong with that' Funny thing is, the office was full of residents with the same problem. So now what' All I can say to ANY prospective tenant..........DON'T COME HERE. I won't even go into the maintenance of the apartments. Promises made at time of signing a lease and promises not kept. It's unfair, the management is rude and very inexperienced. They need to take classes on how to deal with people. Just an absolute nightmare.
