I recently signed my 4th year lease, and aside from one major problem with mold, for which I had to vacate so that my rug could be replaced, I have had no major problems. St. Croix did its best to rectify this problem. I have never had any safety issues, and I live on the first floor. The spaciousness of the one-bedrroms and the lovely landscaping attracted me to St. Croix. There has been a considerable turn-over in management, so I hope that the current management company remains, since it is improving the property by managing the garbage situation and the dog-dropping situation much better.

Ever talk to Monica, the leasing agent? She has always bent over backwards to help me. Also, Stephan, of maintenance, is very helpful, and always pleasant.
