We moved in december of 07. From the time we actually did our walk thur until now nothing has been fixed. We had to call and call and call to actually get new kitchen applances. The refridgerator didnt seal properly and the smell.... the dishwasher didnt close and the oven had fire damage. They said that they put new carpet down before we moved in but it looked like they just cleaned it and there is paint all over the carpet in some spots. The sink in the kitchen is leaking the fireplace is damaged. The front door and master bath door wont close.Different spots were you step on the carpet you can feel the boards under you are broken and sagging.Basically they get you with the model apartment and give you a piece of crap.I think if a company wants to keep its residents they should have made an effort to get a place up to code. There is only one person that convinced us to even move in and now they have changed management again. They are some of the rudest people ive ever met. I went into the office a few months ago and did not even get a passing glance. After being there for a half hour I finally got one girls attention by standing right in front of her. She gave me a "oh what do you want look". I wanted to ask what I needed to do to rent the cabana for my sons birthday because I was told when I moved in that we just had to make sure that the night wasnt already reserved and it wouldnt cost us a thing to rent it. But she sits there and tells me that its 300 dollars to rent it. Thats ridiculous for a resident to have to pay.I have not gone back in the office since. They really need to learn some social skills. Its really not worth it to move in here. The only good thing about this place is that the walls are nice and thick so you cant hear your neighbors as much. Once our lease is up we are gone.

We went and checked out a 2 bedroom here and it was horrible! I cant believe they showed a "model" looking like this, and smelling of cig smoke! My husband and I laughed once we left because it was just nasty and the girl who took us there on the golf cart practically had us flying off the back, it was nuts! Not to meantion the interesting looking characters around.

I agree. My front door doesn't OPEN properly, the office ladies are terrible, and the vandalism that comes from a nearby building. All these little ghetto kids, throwing stuff at residents cars, and then someone threw all the pool chair and furniture, including a handicapped parking sign, into the pool so it's closed indefinatley. ANd it's been days since that happened and they haven't even pulled out the furniture from the pool. There's been lights on the lawn broken, but I guess it's because they accept chaper 8, meaning low income, although a good number of us pay full rent which is close to one thousand a month for a two bedroom yet we have to put up with all this crap. It's gone to hell completely since we moved here last year, and the office staff is rude and terrible. Plus most of the time they're not even in the office if you need to pick up a package or pay your rent. Not very convenient. Oh yeah and how the sprinkers spray your pation (DRENCH) them everyday. Your grill gets soaked and anything and everything you have out there.

I agree with the last poster. Half the time I can't even let my kids play outside because of the trouble makers that are out there. They either hurt my kids or try to convince them to do things wrong. I'm sick of it. As far as the office staff, I'm completely with you. This new management team is nothing but RUDE if they're even there.

We also agree, And warn anyone who is living there to make sure you take pictures of the place before you leave after you have cleaned and are ready to move out. THey are taking us to court after we did a walk thru after moving out and they signed off that all was good. Now they added damages, cleaning and painting to the walk thru form we signed and they signed off on after the fact. AND YES the office staff and grounds staff are very rude. They are not friendly at all. I used to have to go in and clean the laundry room every time I wanted to use it due to how dirty and smelly it was and the garbage in there was never dumped. I would sweep aroung the area due to dog poop, etc on the side walk al the time. DO NOT MOVE IN HERE, OR YOU WILL BE SORRY AND PAYING MORE THAN WHAT YOU THOUGHT. WORST PLACE TO LIVE IN FEDERAL WAY!!!!!!!!
