I fell in love with the huge floorplans when I first moved in here. At that time, the management was decent and very friendly & helpful. However, I chose and was promised one unit, and the day I moved in they told me there was a problem and I had to move into another. The original unit was an updated one with new fixtures, carpet, and kitchen cabinets. The new one was a piece of CRAP! Drawers don't open all the way, the carpet was stained beyond belief, closet doors were broken. The new management has yet to replace my refrigerator that runs constantly & won't keep things cold or my dryer that stops working mid way through every load. They did replace my diswasher, but only because the maintenance guy said it was old. It wasn't broken so you tell me why... They have weight & breed restrictions for dogs here, or so they say. Yet I see numerous pitbulls daily. I love pitbulls but don't have rules that you don't enforce. And don't get me started on the residents. I have to keep my kids inside half the time because I don't want them getting in trouble for hanging out with the numerous kids whose parents don't watch them. My 5 year old was shot with a bebe gun by a 10 year old who likes to knock the globes off the light poles. Both pools were recently vandalized and closed by a boyfriend of one of the residents. And the hot tub has been closed forever due to "unsanitary conditions" per the health department. So don't let the rental specials, remodeled units, or big floor plans fool you. As another reviewer stated, this is a great place if you like meth heads and pitbulls because that's what 80% of the residents here are. Besides, you might decide on a nice, remodeled unit and get the "bait and switch" like I did in the end. I can't wait until my lease is up in a couple of months. I'm getting OUT of here!!
