Management changes every 4-6 months, and so does the attitude.

I lived at St. Croix for 1.5 years. At first Riverstone Residential was running the place. Everyone of them were nice and would actually get up from their seat and great you by name. After that time the management changed 3 times in the next year. The current management is rude, inconsiderate, and has the opinion, you pay them rent so you're there at their convenience.
Police were on site at least every other night with domestic violence reports, or narcotics officers with dogs busting people and their apartments. If you drive through the parking lot, you'll see a few nice BMW's etc, but as you will see in most of them they are old beat up and run down vehicles. Ride past the last row of parking as you exit on 20th Ave. It's the ''dead zone'' cars that haven't been moved for months, or years.
There were two mormon missionaries that lived in my building. Their church made them move to a more secure location without the violence and police there every night.
Apartments were commonly broken into, however, as I found out, it was usually the tennant trying to fraudulently get money from their insurance company.
I was told NO pit bulls, but every day there was another apartment getting another pit bull. THEY ARE ALL OVER THE COMPLEX AND SO IS THEIR CRAP PILES. The owners are mostly thugs, they aren't concerned with picking up huge turds and just leave them despite the rules.
If you want the best take on these apartments, ask to speak to the manager. You'll see her hair is FRIED and FRIZZLED with bad perms and bleach jobs and her face is blood red from staying in the tanning bed. She's trailer park trash. And that's exactly the kind of service and apartments you'll be moving into at St. Croix.

Very funny description... Made me laugh like crazy.
I have stated in the complex for more than a year and had a reason to see the manager only twice. The first time was with the last management and they were super friendly and I was surprised to that they knew my name. They really treated me like a customer. The recent visit to the management (glacier)was rude, argumentative and treated me like a boarding school student behavior. Totally unacceptable. I'm moving as soon as I get some free time.
