ST. Croix has been under new management and they are some some of most caring bunch you want to know. the office ladies are very nice too even to the eyes you know. I have lived here for a year now, and every thing has been great, from the men that fix things to the ladies in the office they are great. if you move their get to know them they are the nices people, that care about the fokes that live at ST, Croix.
a great bunch of people i will miss them.

They may be nice but when it comes to profssionalim they are unethical. They tell you they will call you backand they never do. Every since the new mnagement hs taken over poor decisions has been made. With the last management they were very responsive and they alwaysget the job done versus the management now. Before previous management would respond to a maintenance request in asap or the most 3days. With the new property manager I had to wait 10 days for a minor problem that only took fivbe minute to be fixed and their reason is because they r under staff, whiuch makes no sense b/c million of people r without work and if they hand hundreds of thousand to do the landscape why not use that to hire a few more people as many people r looking for work (hellloooo its a recession people wll work for $8hr). Or better yet instead of management spending all this money to draw people into moving into these ragedy ass old apartments why not use that $ to remodel these old ass insides. Believe me the outside is to just draw people in! If you move in here this is what u are dealing with, old ass cabinets that always fall off track, the dishwasher are old and full of mold but management says they do not replace them cuz thy rather spend money on replacing flowers outside the apartment WTF??? The toilets do not flush and always over flow other residents feces, and the a/c units are old so the a/c always go out which we always have to call then wait ten dys for them to respond. Honestly these apartment are not worth what they are asking for a month 700 for an old apartment that is always something breaking, management spending funds so unwisely, you always hear sirens. The remodeling the plan on doing inside is purely -------- painting over old cainets replacing only broken dishwashers and planting more dumb as flowers these apartments need to get there priority str8 and because they are going down I am not renewing my lease. ALSO.... REMEMBER THE OLD PROPERT MNAGER OFFER INCENTIVE IF U RENEW UR LEASE LIKE $400 OFF YA RENT OR A MONTH FREE WELL HERE U GET NOTHING ONLY IF U RENEW UR LEASE FOR 18 MONTHS, THEY ALSO LOVE TO MAKE THNG DIFFICULT. IF YOU ARE LTE ON YOUR LEAE IT IS NOT $50 LATE FEE IT IS $50 LATE FEE AND $10 DAYSEVERYDAY AFTR THAT WTF?? THE OLD MANAGER DID NOT DO THAT WHICH WAS HELPFUL BECAUSE IT IS A RECESSION AND PEOPLE ARE LOSING THEIRJOBS BUT THESE NEW MANAGER DO NOT CARE THEY JUST MAKE ---- EXTREMELY DIFFICULT FOR THEIR RESIDENTS!!!!
