Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2002
 
Pros - patio/balcony, storage closet, fireplace, washer/dryer in unit, small pets allowed with consent, tenants mostly quiet and do not cause trouble.

Cons - have seen less expensive for more amenities, does not have playground, pool, work out area, laundry facilities, or any of those things. It only has a management office.
