Don't judge a book by its cover

Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2001
 
Apartment is nice looking. Complex does have secure entrance which does break down sometimes. Does have gym, which has broken equipment. Units are nice, but walls and ceilings are made of paper. You name it you can hear you neighbors doing it. For 675 a month for a single bedroom not worth the hassle. Looking to leave when lease runs out.
